Can I carry a concealed firearm using the
"white card" instead of a CCW permit?

Not legally you can't. The white card authorizes PILB licensees to openly carry a gun during the course of his assigned duties. It DOES NOT allow you to carry a weapon concealed.

A separate permit - the CCW permit - authorizes you to carry a concealed weapon on your person.

Why not get both? We offer the CCW lesson material at no extra cost during our 13 hour PILB course. The live fire qualification courses at the range will satisfy both the PILB and and the NSCA requirements.
